Why are your products less expensive than your competitors'?

Simply put, we are not aiming to shake our customers down for everything they've got in the bank. For this reason we choose to offer our customers reasonable while competitive pricing; rather than the absolute highest possible market price (ie. the price you will see from many of our competitors).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! It is our mission to aid as many people as possible in living their best lives. For this reason, we ship to everyone/everywhere!  

What are my shipping options?

We will select the fastest possible shipping method for you, and often pay a little extra on our end to make that happen. Our products ship from manufacturer warehouses all over the world, so we do our best to fulfill your order from within your home country whenever possible.

When will my order ship?

Once we receive your payment, your order goes through processing and preparation (1-7 days, depending on the product). Once these steps are complete, your order ships out to you! 

Why is my order taking so long?

Although most of our orders are shipping on schedule, we sincerely apologize for the possibility of delays. The reality of the present condition of our world is that the manufacturing and transportation of goods, both out of the manufacturer location and into your place of residence, are experiencing a variety of delays. This is not true for all or even most orders, but we would like you to be aware up-front in the event that there is a delay with your order. Delays are unpredictable. Many countries have reduced transportation coming in, so we are having to find creative ways to get your products to you. However, we do have many warehouses within the United States and other countries around the world; so we do our best to ship from your home country to eliminate the possibility of delays. 

But hey! According to Walter Mischel, American Psychologist at Stanford University: delayed gratification is the key to success. (...He did the research, not us 🤷)

Ok, got it. But how is covid-19 affecting MY product's shipping and delivery time? Tell me more about me.

The honest answer is: it depends.
"Okay, so what does it depend on?" - Great question.

It depends on: the product you've selected, and your home country/continent. If we can ship your product to you from a warehouse within your home country, then it should be quick as ever! As for international shipments; Europe, Eurasia, and Asia currently seem to be having no delays, while the North America (mainly the United States) is having some delays. This is because of the U.S.'s restrictions. Your product will 100% be delivered, it just might be....delayed.

We hope this doesn't discourage you from ordering, but we totally understand if it does. No hard feelings.

When will my order arrive?

It is always our aim to get your order to you within 5-10 business days from the date of shipping. However, as previously stated, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control. Your product should arrive within 5-35 days.  If it has been 45 days and you still have not received your order, please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund - no questions asked. Why didn't I receive my full order?

If you have a multi-item order, packages may arrive in different packages and at different times. Since we use a variety of warehouses both domestically and internationally, your items may have differing processing times as well as differing travel times.
