Delivery Time

We do our absolute best to get your product in your hands within 5-10 business days from the date of shipping. However, different products often have different departure locations; and thus have different processing times and different travel times. Because of this, and the unfortunate possibility of delays due to COVID-19, your product may arrive somewhere between 5-35 days after shipping. Our manufacturer warehouses are all over the world, and we will always provide you with FREE shipping worldwide (although, fun fact: we actually choose to pay an additional cost on our end to ship your products faster!). We also ship the product from within your home country whenever the option is available. We promise we are doing everything in our power to get your product to you in a timely manor. 

If you are wondering the specific processing time and/or shipping time of a product before you purchase, please don't hesitate to email us at shipping@freeflowgusto.com. We would be happy to provide you with that information.

We understand the value of peace of mind. Even if we can't get your product to you faster, we are happy to communicate with updates on expected delivery time. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concern about the location of your order. 

Additionally, we will provide you with a tracking number in a confirmation email once you have placed your order.  

If for some reason your order hasn't arrived within 45 days, please contact us immediately at shipping@freeflowgusto.com; so we can assess whether a refund is in order, and promptly return your payment to you if so.

Note: This does not include any error made by the customer in regards to order information or missing a delivery. This also does not include buyer's remorse, or unwanted due to shipping time. This is strictly a note on undelivered items.

Package Delivery

Our orders are shipped directly from our manufacturers' warehouses, which are located both domestically and internationally. For this reason, items may be delivered separately. We choose to use various manufacturers because we are always looking to bring our community the best possible quality, for the best possible price. If items arrive at different times, this is because we ship items as soon as we are able to; and often times different items have differing processing times, as well as differing departure locations.
