We do our absolute best to get your product in your hands within 5-10 business days from the date of shipping. However, different products often have different departure locations; and thus have different processing times and different travel times. Because of this, and the unfortunate possibility of delays due to COVID-19, your product may arrive somewhere between 5-35 days after shipping. Our manufacturer warehouses are all over the world, and we will always provide you with FREE shipping worldwide (although, fun fact: we actually choose to pay an additional cost on our end to ship your products faster!). We also ship the product from within your home country whenever the option is available. We promise we are doing everything in our power to get your product to you in a timely manor.

If for some reason your order hasn't arrived within 45 days, please contact us immediately at email@example.com; so we can assess whether a refund is in order, and promptly return your payment to you if so.
